Returns & Refunds policy

1. Payment Policy

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required when placing an order. A second payment of 60% (plus any delivery and installation fees, if applicable) is due during production. The final 10% is payable after the yurt has been installed and inspected by the customer.

If you choose to cancel within 7 days of placing your order and work has not yet started, we will refund your deposit in full. After this period, the deposit becomes non-refundable and cancellations will be subject to costs incurred to date.

Once the yurt has been installed and inspected, you may request a refund on the spot. In such cases, we will refund your payment minus the cost of delivery, installation, and a £100 admin fee.

Please note the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be made immediately after the final inspection and before our team leaves the site.

• The yurt must be in the same condition as installed, with no signs of use or damage.

• Once accepted, the yurt will be dismantled and removed by our team on the same day.

Please contact us immediately if you're facing difficulties. We aim to handle all cases fairly and will always try to accommodate reasonable requests wherever possible.

1. Product Description
We sell authentic Mongolian yurts, supplied in new, fault-free condition. Yurts require regular maintenance to remain fit for use.

2. No Guarantee
Due to the unique nature of yurts, we do not offer any guarantee or warranty.

3. Returns & Refunds

• Returns and refunds are only accepted if the yurt is in its original, unused, and resell able condition, with all packaging and parts included.

• No returns or refunds are accepted if the yurt has been used, set up for more than one week, or is not in original condition.

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, regardless of the reason for return.

4. Maintenance
Proper maintenance is required. We are not responsible for any damage, leaks, or faults resulting from lack of maintenance or improper use.

5. Legal
These terms are governed by the laws of the UK or the customer’s country of purchase within Europe.
